When (Royal) Life imitates Art?

Two beautiful brunettes. Two society darlings. Two trend-setting fashionistas. Both marrying a prince.

One may be a real life fairytale princess and one a small screen anti-heroine with Grace Kelly aspirations but it seems that Catherine of Wales and Blair Waldorf of the  Upper East Side share one more thing in common.

This Jenny Packham blush organza gown.

Kate's skimmed the floor while Blair's skimmed her knees

Both went for different hair and makeup styles

While Blair’s was a knee-length number, Kate opted for the full length version for her first official public engagement with her royal husband. The waist detailing also seems to have undergone a subtle change for Kate’s dress.

And while Blair chose a peachy pout with tight ringletted curls, Kate wore her trademark black eyeliner and equally as familiar soft waves.

But of course… the most important questions is WHO WORE IT BEST??

Blair looks more like a “FAIRY TALE” princess- ie. Snow White
While Katelooks every inch the “modern ” Princess
Hard to choose! Each stunning in their individual roles!

Pity Kate had to be a royal as she could have added more style to her hair. Blair is just more of a natural.

The dress for too flat on Kate. Personally I think she’s to skinny for it (possibly too skinny full stop). The dress looks far more natural fits far better on Blair. Plus, she’s looks like she’s had a little more sun than Kate (which is always a good thing).
